Crystal Sound Bowl Meditation

Bring your own pillow, blanket, and mat, or use one of the pre set spaces which already have a dedicsted pillow, blanket, and mat. 

Once everyone is settled we will begin with a breif explination of the sound journey and set our intentions. The sound journey will last from 45-60 minutes. 

Afterword we will slowly come back to reality with an open sharing circle for those who would like to share their experience or ask questions. 

As the host I will hold space for all who wish to share or ask questions of me one on one afterwords.
