We will begin with some information on how the moon cycles can help you accomplish your goals and live the life you desire. 

We will then set our intentions and you will be guided through a visualization meditation that will help you connect to the moon and ground you to the earth, 

If nothing else you can expect to feel relaxed but you might just leave this experience feeling lighter and more empowered to live your best life.
